I’m having the same issue… Just received my Roku from Amazon and it doesn’t seem to want to communicate with the remote... I’ve gotten it to respond a few times But that means like twice for just a second. Tried different batteries than the ones that they sent but still having the same issue. Wondering if it is a wiring defect but I don’t see any way to actually contact the company! Does anybody have a phone number for these guys?
I keep getting asked about my wi fi and put in password and still does not connect LE 3903 ROKU. I have a premier and it deleted all my apps and I had to re enter. What is going on with LE 3903! My ROKU express just stopped running with the same issue no internet and then refusing password. I do not understand even had Xfinity re boot the router.
