Wont pair to remote or wifi

roku on setup page where it is asking you to pair remote. Remote is blinking green and wont connect to tv. Also its not conneted to wifi so the phone way is not an option.

I’m having the same issue… Just received my Roku from Amazon and it doesn’t seem to want to communicate with the remote... I’ve gotten it to respond a few times But that means like twice for just a second. Tried different batteries than the ones that they sent but still having the same issue. Wondering if it is a wiring defect but I don’t see any way to actually contact the company! Does anybody have a phone number for these guys?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

I keep getting asked about my wi fi and put in password and still does not connect LE 3903 ROKU. I have a premier and it deleted all my apps and I had to re enter. What is going on with LE 3903! My ROKU express just stopped running with the same issue no internet and then refusing password. I do not understand even had Xfinity re boot the router.

I have just bought the ROKU LE 3903 and when I set up it does not accept the password and I had Xfininity reboot router and they verified password

i get to where it asks for language, choose English then it finds my internet but when I put in password it tells me not correct. As I stated before the password was verified by Xfinity

@Dash57, tell Xfinity to set your router's W-Fi wireless mode to b/g/n and not g/n.  If they don't know what you're talking about ask it to be escalated to someone who does.
