Keep your focus. Do you want help with the remote?
It appears as if the remote has lost its setting for the TV. Go into the remote section of the menu and configure it to the TV again. Don't try to re-pair the remote to the Roku. As long as it's controlling the Roku, you're should be okay.
When you configure the remote to work with the TV, the remote will be able to send IR signals to the TV and control power and volume.
