Wireless speaker mounts not shipped

I bought the wireless speakers about a month ago. However, when I came to the ROKU website I wanted to see if they sold brackets for them. I was taken to the Sanus website through ROKU to buy the brackets. I ordered them a month ago and have yet to receive them and no one has gotten back. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if anyone has bought brackets from somewhere else?
