Sorry, but no. Roku tv IR remotes use a different IR code set then stand-alone Roku devices do. And if this was Roku tv wifi remote, yes it would pair to current Roku devices, but the volume and tv power keys will be useless, since iot only knows Roku tv volume and power.
Just buy a cheap universal remote, unless your stand-alone Roku is a stick, in which case universal remotes will be useless, sticks don't accept IR commands. Benefit of aftermarket universal is it will control your tv too. Unlike the cheap Roku IR remote.
