Will Roku 3 remote work on Roku Ultra?

Just curious, saving up for a Roku Ultra and was hoping my Roku 3 remote would work with Roku Ultra, cause I want a remote with a headphone jack. If not, I have to pay an extra $30 for Roku Voice Remote Pro.

The Roku 3 remote came with a Roku Voice Remote, which is compatible with newer Roku devices, including the Ultra. For best results, it is important to ensure that the Roku 3 remote is in good condition.

Additionally, the newest Roku Ultra comes with the Roku Voice Remote Pro (2nd Edition) with improved features.
