I tried purchasing one from Ebay, but the seller has never shipped it or responded to my 5 queries on status of my order (which he gladly took my money without delivering the device). I have checked online and this Roku remote is not available anywhere, why is that? Was the product defective or is this a result of the backlog of shipments from Asia at the west coast ports?
