Like the title says....

I have a Roku Streambar, the remote simply stopped working mid movie. I've changed the batteries 3 times and attempted to re-pair the remote with the streambar and 2x HiSense Roku TVs all of which fail.

Yes, I've followed all the guides and troubleshooting available currently

My streambar is under warranty and Roku say I have to return the whole thing to them to get a new remote (when they do reply that is, waiting for an RMA for 10 days now)

No one seems to be able to answer the question of where to get a new remote in the UK.

It seems stupid to have to spend £30+ to return a prefectly good and working streambar when all I need is a replacement remote!

Anyone?

When you clicked the Accessories tab on the Roku Website, where did it take you?

It takes me to rokustore | eBay Stores who sell 4 items, express, premiere, streambar and streamstick. Have contacted them previously about buying just a remote but never got an answer

Short term, use the roku app on a phone /tablet.

One for all make a ir remote which is preprogrammed for roku and works with streambar except volume control, I have one. Urc7935.

Most remotes on eBay/amazon are IR remote (works with streambar but not volume) some do have UK stock for quick delivery. Ideally you need RF remote (not roku TV) with volume which are trickier to get. Maybe secondhand on eBay or similar?  Maybe worth getting a cheap second hand android phone or tablet just for roku app at home.

Personally I am waiting for new "pro" remote which is rechargeable to launch in UK, can't believe it is taking so long.

OP can use just the ofa urc-7935 for the streambar, as for volume the 7935 universal only needs the tv volume, which in turn controls streambar volume via Hdmi-cec.

Successful use of the one for all replacement remote for volume control assumes the TV fully/correctly implements hdmi-cec. Not all do-my cheap UMC one does not, Roku can control TV volume but not vice versa.

But maybe that is the best option for now, assuming you can buy the one for all (also less easy to buy).

The Roku streambar only uses hdmi-cec for volume, its remote can't be programmed to control the tv volume by IR, only its power. Its strictly by hdmi-cec. So if the streambar controls the tv volume by cec, the tv volume can control the streambar volume by cec. So whatever remote the OP gets all it needs a roku iR code one that roku's have been using for 13 years or so. And have a tv with cec, have it turned on, and then have tv volume punched through to the roku device on universal. There are many more One-For-All models in UK then they are here in U.S. urc-7980 or 7880 are really good on roku's.

Only options for wireless voice remote are

* import from US (hella expensive with postage and duty),

* 3rd party IR remote (oneforall7935 is nearest, but needs a working voice remote in it mode to learn volume, power and shortcut buttons). But won't do voice features.
