That's not a Roku model number. It may be a model number for a TV manufacturer's Roku TV, which isn't built by Roku. If it's a Roku TV, contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
Unless you want a better remote. Then the Roku Voice Remote ($20) or the Roku Voice Remote Pro ($30) will do the job just fine. Either works with all Roku TVs -- they are compatible, but not the remotes that came with the Roku TV -- and all current Roku devices. You can get them from Roku's online store, or from Amazon, or from Walmart, Target, Best Buy, or other places.
