@Mrzeke2u, keep in mind that on the 3811, the remote communicates with the Wi-Fi module that's embedded in the USB cable. If that cable is bad, no remote will work. Before investing in a new remote, does the current time show in the upper right corner of the Home Screen or "Not connected"? Are you able to use the mobile app as a remote?
