I've set up my new streaming stick plus.  I've read through these posts, tried your suggestions, but still can't get the volume buttons to control the sound.. samgsung smart TV, any help? TIA

Are you trying to control the TV volume with your remote? Have you tried the steps provided by our Support page here: Why is my Roku® enhanced remote not controlling volume and power on my TV?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, perhaps @Tivoburkee can provide some further insight, as he's our resident remote expert.
