The volume keeps dialing down by it self. Ive took out tve batteries out of all the remotes and it dose the same thing. Ive reset the roku it self. I replaced it with a new one. They both didnthe same thing. Now what?

I assume you have a Roku remote that has TV controls, but since you have taken the batteries out, it can't be doing it.  Do you see an indication of the volume changing on the TV?  A common cause of mysterious results like this is another forgotten remote that is stuck between the cushions on a couch/chair.
