Volume button stopped working on the remote

Hi there, Remote works in all other ways. Mute button works, but volume up button will not work.  There is not a pairing button on the remote. There is not a section for "existing remote" in the settings, just for add new remote. Thank you!

This is a roku tv? Only roku tv IR remotes have no pairing key but have volume keys. Non-tv Roku remotes only have volume keys when there's a pairing key in the battery compartment. Because only wifi roku remotes have tv controls. Unless its roku tv remote. 

Older roku remotes with headphone jack built-in have volume keys, they only control tv by hdmi-cec. But they also have pairing keys. And none of them have mute keys.
