My volume/power controls have stopped working as well. Tried repairing numerous times.
Model: 4670X - Roku Ultra
Software version: 10.0.0 build 4177-46
You don't need to re-pair the remote to roku, it controls the roku fine, what you need to do is reprogram the remote for your tv, which doesn't need to use the pairing button. Go into settings> remote & devices> remote> remote in use> program tv> follow prompts
Thank you so much! My volume buttons stopped working with the last update as well. I just did your suggestion and it worked like a charm! 🙂
