All of the sudden, the volume control on my roku remote stopped working, found out there was a system update today. Coincidence ?

Thanks for the post. We would be happy to look further into this issue for you.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information, we will be able look further into.

Have you already tried re-pairing your remote to your TV again to see if that resolves the issue?

My volume/power controls have stopped working as well. Tried repairing numerous times.

You don't need to re-pair the remote to roku, it controls the roku fine, what you need to do is reprogram the remote for your tv, which doesn't need to use the pairing button. Go into settings> remote & devices> remote> remote in use> program tv> follow prompts

Yes, I paired it again, unplugged the tv, unplugged the roku, nothing solved the problem.
