Hello ruku community, 

I love the ruku system. Mostly...

But the voice remote pro, the mic button does not function(no sound I'm listening ..) and the hey ruku button on the side does not work( status never changed from on to off) and remote does not reply to hey ruku...

This voice remote issue is related to the voice remote pro....

Because, both my original streaming stick, the voice button works alone, with the pro remote paired and pro voice never works...

And my new 4k+ system also... The original remote voice works alone and if paired to remote pro .. pro voice never works, hey ruku status also totally broken, status never changes...

Have removed and paired multiple times ..

Ok teck magicians let fix this ..

You can try this troubleshooting step to resolve the problem...

Reset your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the right arrow to see if this makes any difference.

Thank you ruku team for replying.

I did reset the voice pro as you described for 20 seconds, the light blinked then turned off.. unfortunately this did not fix the issues of the mic button not working, no indication from ruku 4k streaming box, or my older streaming stick showed any indication that the voice remote pro mic button was pressed, also no indication in settings that the "hey ruku" side switch was changed from on to off. 

It seems like the voice pro is not communicating those two buttons to the box or streaming stick..

Hope you can get it fixed.

I have chosen to just return the defective, box and remote...
