I just got a new Roku voice remote because my old one stopped working. I followed all the set up instructions and got it working to control the tv as well. Then I opened one the apps and the remote stopped working. It will turn the volume up and down and even turn of the tv, but I can’t pause or use any of the Roku controls. I tried restarting and reconnecting the remote but the same thing happens every time. I’ll get it set up then press 1 button and it won’t do anything else.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku device are you pairing the remote to? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
