My voice remote worked last night controlling the sound on my Boston Acoustic Tvee sounbar through infrared. This morning, nothing. The remote won't control the TV volume or the soundbar volume. Tried pairing another remote and still nothing. I'm lost. I need help.

Please be aware that Roku device remotes do no support control of non Roku soundbar devices, only TV power and volume when paired properly.
