My Voice Remote Pro bought 50 days ago directly from Roku seems faulty.  Here is some of the weird behavior I'm seeing:

1.  It seems to randomly turn on my TV for no apparent reason.  It happens at night, or during the day.  I can come in and the TV is just on, even though I haven't been around it, and I am CERTAIN that I turned it off. 

2. A single press on the arrow buttons or "Home" button gets duplicated. E.g., press the "right" arrow button once and the TV advances 2 items to the right, not one.  Press the Home button once and the TV beeps twice, as if I've pressed the Home button twice.

I have a Roku 2 player and a Samsung UN58RU710 smart TV.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior? What can be done about it?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-when did you start seeing this issue occur

With more detailed information, we will be able to investigate further.
