It's a Voice Remote Pro 2nd Edition. The voice feature will work for a bit then stop. Pairing it gets it to work temporarily, but then it stops all over again. That's all I got.

When I press the microphone button on the remote nothing happens.  The voice feature on the app works fine.  I also have a non pro Roku voice remote and the voice feature works fine.  The only reason I purchased the Pro version is the backlit buttons on the remote. The Pro remote is defective; how do I submit a warranty claim?
