My Voice Remote Pro does not respond to any voice commands. All of the settings are correct. The remote is approximately 3 months old.

We appreciate you trying the troubleshooting steps provided by our Roku moderator. Before we proceed, could you please send us a photo of the Roku remote that you're having an issue with? Also, we would like to know the model of the Roku device with which this remote is being paired.
How do I insert an image in a post?
In the meantime, consider using the Roku mobile app to check if the voice command works.

I am having the same issue with the same model remote RC880. No matter what I restart or unplug from power or however many times I’ve re-paired the remote the voice gives the same error that it doesn’t hear me, but it does on my other Roku remote. I am using it on my TCL Roku tv model 65r615 (7121x).

Same issue here. I have to keep pairing it again and again to get it to work. It will work for like an hour or two then stop. And I JUST GOT THIS thing a month ago! I really don't want to factory reset this thing.
