Remotes

I have an Atvio 24” tv, model ATV2416ILED, but I just can’t get the remote to pair up to use power/volume buttons when choosing the Atvio brand. I emailed the manufacturer, who suggested trying Samsung and NEC codes, which didn’t work either. Any other suggestions? @Tivoburkee  I’m reading you’re the expert!

Personally, I never heard of that brand. But one of the newest UEI made universal remotes has three tv codes listed under Atvio, which are 3636, 3638, and 3879. This is in the Walmart sold Onn 6 universal remote:

Anyways looking in the Onn manual for other brands that use those codes I made a list:

3636: Curtis, Proscan, Rca

3638: Lexus, Mitsui

3879: Admiral, Daewoo, Dns, Durabrand, HkPro, Mystery, Tcl

Give those brands a try in the Roku remote?

Thank you so much for the investigation, unfortunately those aren’t working either. It seems I’m stuck with two remotes.
