I can pair my Voice Remote Pro to my Samsung television, but it ends up that I can use any button to turn the TV on, instead of it turning on only by pressing the power button. (Only the power button turns it off) I've gone through all of the different codes. I've tried both the IR and CEC setup procedures. I've re-paired several times. I'm not sure what else I can try.
One of the features of Roku's CEC "1-touch play" is the ability to turn on the connected TV using any button on the Roku remote (other than volume/mute).
You can enable/disable this feature under Settings/System/Control other Devices/1-touch Play.
