I have an upgraded remote that came with a little sticky-unit that I set up on my large living room tv and it has worked just fine. I got it so as not to lose Amazon Prime, which the former remote would no longer stream. I finally got around to ordering a second one for my smaller bedroom tv, but it came without a little sticky-unit and doesn't work. I didn't see the little sticky-unit anywhere on the website for separate purchase, so I assumed the wifi would take care of whatever needed transferring. Is the new remote faulty or what????
(The old one still works fine but won't stream Prime.)
