The up volume button on my remote is not working. The down button and mute are working.

None of the suggestions in the help have worked. The device is only 2 months old and it is the original remote.

Same thing has just happened to me - have had the tv for about two years, original remote, replaced the batteries and it doesn’t fix the problem…down volume and mute still work, it’s just the up volume that doesn’t…

I'm having the same problem. I have a brand new streaming stick 4k and I've tried all the troubleshooting options I can find online including switching from IR to CEC/ARC, but still the volume up will not work
