I have a Harmony 650 Universal Remote, programmed for use with the Roku Express 4K+device. it works just fine everywhere except when I access HBO Max, where the up/down/left/right navigation buttons get processed as two presses instead of one. This makes it impossible to select most things or type into the search keyboard where every other letter is skipped.
I can access HBO Max through my Comcast Apps section and the remote works just fine there, so the problem seems to be with Roku which is somehow affecting the pass-thru to HBO Max.
I can use my Roku remote with HBO Max with no problem, but I'd like to not have to keep it out just for this one special case. Any suggestions on how I can get the universal remote to work? Thanks.
