I've had my Roku Hisense 4K tv for almost 2 years. I have never had a problem until the other day. It shut itself off and I cannot get it to come back on. The LED light blinks and that's it. I have tried to reset it, I have tried unplugging and plugging back in and I have tried a different outlet. NOTHING is working Hisense support told me to call Roku for an update but can it update if it won't power on

Since HiSense is the manufacturer, it is their TV to support.

That being said, the HiSense warranty is only 1 year - unless you bought additional warranty protection, you will have to pay significantly out of pocket for any repairs.
