Never heard of an Ultra 4k plus? There is a Roku Ultra, and then you have either Roku Express 4k + or Roku Stick 4k +.
A Roku simple remote is an IR only remote, has no tv controls. There is nothing to do to control a Roku that accepts IR commands. Of the three models I listed above the first two will work with Roku IR remote. The Roku Stick 4k + will not.
