Danny, I have read all the questions and replies on here; and, did all troubleshooting actions for my remote and it is almost dead. The only life I see is the little yellow light continues to flash. The only way to stop it is to remove the batteries. Once I put them back in , it flashes again. What can I do? Thanks, Nick
Hi @Fasu1948
Thanks for the post.
For clarification, have you tried the troubleshooting steps available in this Support link: How to fix your Roku® voice or simple remote that is not working? If so and the issue persists, please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
Please keep us updated!
All the best,
Kariza
I posted yesterday that my Roku remotes are not working. I tried all the so called "fixes" and they still don't work. I have stopped and restarted the Roku and re-paired it many, many times. Nothing works! One fix said go to the settings. Well, if the remote doesn't work that is pretty hard to do. Has anyone had this problem and actually resolved it? Thanks for any suggestions. I am thinking of getting a Firestick and tossing Roku.
I am having the same issue with a Roku Premier simple remote. It was working fine, then just stopped working. I have followed all of the instructions I could find online and it's still not working. Please advise.

Hi Kariza
Same issue for me. This is the first time I've ever had this issue with any Roku device, and this is my 5th one. Read and tried everything on the Roku site already. HELP!
