The remote control won't work when I try to reconnect because the Wi-Fi network is disconnected.

Too often the same problem occurs.

The remote control won't work when I try to reconnect because the Wi-Fi network is disconnected.

The power button and volume button on the remote work well, but the direction cursor and other buttons on the remote do not move at all, so it cannot be set up. I've pulled out the power cord many times, but it's the same thing.

Please let me know why the remote is not working properly and how to resolve it.

Restarting your Roku device, and your wireless router/modem is a great first step. Replacing the batteries in your remote can help.
