TV won't turn on & remote blinks green

One day I wake up & my Element TV won't turn on.  Looked up & followed all instructions about changing batteries, unplugging TV, reinstalling batteries, etc.  My Roku serial # is YK00NS864480.

No lights on Roku box and no power to TV. 

What do I need to do know.  Looked up my Roku account & it does list the Roku in my bedroom.

 

Help!!!!

There should be a power button on the TV somewhere.  Look on the back or along one of the edges.
