Hello all,
To begin, the TV I have is a 65 inch ultra HD LED (ATSC tuner); model is RTU 6549. While watching the tv, the screen randomly turns black while the volume stays on. To fix this problem, I have to turn the TV off and wait a few minutes. This occurs approximately every 30 minutes.
In addition to that, I lost the remote and attempted to buy a universal remote but this did not work.
the more pressing issue is the TV turning off, but if anyone has any suggestions for either of those issues it would be greatly appreciated
