As of a few days ago, my TCL TV stopped responding to voice commands through the remote. The TV says it's listening and seems to be hearing my voice, judging by the graphics moving in sync with my talking. But once I release the button, the TV says "thinking" for a while and then does nothing. I've done a factory reset on the TV, changed the batteries in the remote. Nothing works. This is crazy making.
