same issue happening now for me there is a remote control i placed an order and it doesn't work like i changed 4 battery none of the time its works , I decided same day it was delivered and tried to return it via chat agent they created RMA(RMA number 501420 ) but i need to pay for my shipping that i received an email, During agent interaction he committed to get me the shipping label but i dint get any till now.
