My enhanced remote (RC-392 - original device) stopped working for no apparent reason.
I unplugged the streaming stick and reset the remote multiple times but it will not pair with the stick. The stick does not display the "pairing screen" so it seems that it does not recognize the remote, even though I placed the remote right next to the stick and the green light flashes for a long time before the "try again" message displays. On several occasions, Roku indicated that it was updating the remote, but it still does not pair successfully. The stick does work with the Roku mobile app on my phone, but not with the remote.
The stick is running software version: 9.4.0 - build 4200-50 (last updated Dec 20).
HELP!!
