You didnt mention your model # or firmware version for either device: Settings/System/About
What is the remote firmware version? Settings/Remotes & devices/Remotes/Voice Remote/About
Are they refusing voice commands, or not responding to button presses?
Have you adjusted your screensaver (changed it, changed the timing of it) or modified your WiFi (use 5Ghz instead of 2.4Ghz, or vice versa, or manually configured the channel for each)?
