A Roku Voice Remote SHOULD pair with all current Roku devices and Roku TVs. To work though, they must be paired to the device/tv.
When you don't have another working remote that will let you navigate the Roku menus, try this.
- Unplug the power cord from your Roku TV.
- Wait at least 5 seconds. Re-connect the power cord.
- Wait for your Roku TV to power on, and the Home screen to appear on your TV screen.
- Within 30 seconds of seeing the Home screen, press and hold the pairing button on your new voice remote for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash.
- Let the pairing process run to completion.
Once it is paired and you can navigate the Set's menus, go to Settings > Network > Set up connection and connect to your new network.
