No there is a "button" that says reset. This is what I have been trying to reset with. It does nothing except reset and take me to the same pairing screeen every time.
Thanks for the post.
When pressing the reset button are you making sure to press and hold down the button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on screen?
Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
Yep
done it a 100 times. Reboot to Roku letters then to the screen to language choice then to pairing. Nothing does anything. Tried a new remote and exactly same
pairing light stays solid does not flicker on remote. Pairing light on stick just flashes. Never different. Have wasted hours on this device
Thanks for the update.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue you are experiencing, please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number/device ID on the Roku device along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
Thanks,
Danny
How come you won’t assist for everyone to see? I have multiple problems that everyone has, and everyone is supposed to PM you (which I did). Post the solution, ffs.
Thanks for the post.
I have responded to the PM that you sent me and will continue to assist you from there.
Thanks,
Danny
@RokuDanny-R - I'm having the same problem but I cannot send you a PM. Can you please PM me so that I can send you my details for troubleshooting?
Thanks,
Jeremy

Same problem here. Same steps followed. Same outcome. Remote wont pair.
Hello @Kyjax
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.
For Roku Streaming Stick which can be connected directly to an HDMI port on your TV, wireless interference from the HDMI connector may impact the performance of your remote. We recommend moving it away from the HDMI connector on your TV by installing a free extension cable.
When filling up the HDMI extension form, make sure to input your serial number correctly. Most of the time, zeros are mistaken as the letter O.
Keep us updated on how it goes.
All the best,
Kariza
