Four days ago my roku ultra voice remote stopped working. I tried switching the batteries out and it didn’t work. I followed this article (https://support.roku.com/article/360011621473 ) to try to re-pair the remote to my roku ultra but  no luck - it works for a second or two then it stops working again. Currently, I configured my old roku 3 remote just now to navigate but I paid too much for this device to have a remote to go bad.  Below is the device information:
