Roku stick remote replacement?

So can I not buy a remote for the Roku Stick? I have searched everywhere and can’t seem to find one. My friend gave me his because the remote stopped working and he couldn’t find a remote either. So he went and bought a new Roku and now I am wondering where I can find a remote.

Is the stick purple? If it is then no you can't buy a replacement remote any longer.
