I am very disappointed as Roku is not providing any help for the UK costumers with Roku sticks.
As my remote stopped working so I contacted the support team, to find out that because of geographical differences they will not post anything to UK.
There is no possible to buy replacement remote from 3rd party companies.
Please advise everyone do not buy Roku sticks in the UK as you will be left only with option to buy new set.
