3500 stick pairing remote stopped working about a month ago. I’ve since used the remote option on the iPhone app. Today suddenly that stopped. I have other Roku devices on other TV’s throughout the house. The remote stopped showing the stick along with its serial number on the phone so I couldn’t choose that particular TV to watch. Now neither will re-pair/connect. HELP
