Same problem, Clearly a hardware problem - so I bought a replacement remote, and then it did same thing within month?! I contacted roku support and after an hour of back and forth they finally agreed to replace it.. but then closed the ticket without sending !!@# Thankfully the store let me return it even though it was outside their normal return window. I've given up and ordered a fire stick instead even though it doesn't do everything I want.
Why aren’t you guys listening to the customers and replacing the remote or fixing the actual issue ? Clearly hundreds if not thousands of people are having issues with the remote, specifically the right arrow button. Which is why I am now on this thread. Can you please provide a phone number or email to request a delivery of a new remote ?
@RokuJharra-Q , I'm having the same issues and this is the second remote in my home that has the same issue same model same everything it has been repaired countless amount of times. Do you finally have a solution for this considering this question was sent to you guys a while back?
