Roku remote volume doesn’t work

I purchased my Roku ultra during Black Friday. The volume no longer works as of 1/28/21. I see many post but no real solution. Does Roku have replacement remotes for sale? What should I do? Please advise.

Re-program it for your tv:

settings> remote & devices> remote> remote in use> program tv> follow prompts
