I have an Roku Ultra 4800R connected to my LG TV. Yesterday my Roku remote began to act weird, when I press volume buttons (configurated via Infrared) the volumen level changes, but really slow IT WAS WORKING NORMAL two days ago. I did not do any configuration on my Roku or TV. Hope someone can help me with this issue. I don't want to use two remotes to watch TV!
I Replaced batteries and problem persists, tried to use Roku Ultra remote with my Sony and RCA TV'S and they worked fine, only my LG TV's have this problem.
If you're using IR, it seems that the problem may be more likely with the TV. Does the TV's remote exhibit the same problem? Have you tried going through the setup of Roku remote for TV control again? Have you tried restarting the TV by unplugging its power for several seconds?
I have two other LG Tv's (one of them non smart TV) and they exhibit the same problem with Roku Ultra remote. original remotes worked fine. Maybe a TV code problem with this specific model?.
I have tried setting up the remote again through IR configuration and problem did not solve.
Testing Roku Ultra remote with Sony and RCA TV's and it worked normal.

Facory reset or updating system did not work. I tried plugging my Roku Express in affected TV's and remote turned up/down volume normally.
Hi there! @Samurai
Thanks for keeping us posted!
Could you let us know what the current software version is for the Roku Ultra? Also, have you tried using any other remotes with it? Is it also having the same behavior?
Let's team up and work on this!
Cheers!

Software Version: 14.5
I paired my other voice remotes with my Roku Ultra and they have this odd behavior.
I plugged my other Roku devices with affected TV's and voice remotes worked normally.
Hi @Samurai
Thanks for the update!
As checked, the best move is to reach out to LG since this issue only happens with LG TVs. It seems like there might be a compatibility problem between your Roku Ultra and the TV. You could ask them to help with a software update or guide you through some troubleshooting steps.
Here's their support link that might help.
