Had a robot vac in the room, the remote jumped to it.  Removed the vac, reset the roku, swapped out batteries, unplugged the roku but it still won't control the roku.  Ideas/solutions?

Could you please tell us more about the issue you have with your remote? Also, what specific model is it?

In the meantime, we recommend downloading the Roku mobile app as a remote to navigate your Roku streaming device. The Remote feature of the mobile app allows you to use your phone or tablet as a Roku remote. To use a Roku remote on your phone, you must first install the Roku mobile app, sign in to the mobile app, and then connect the mobile app to your Roku streaming device.
