I have used my Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series)  device once before, but never in my new apartment on new wifi. When trying to set up in new Apt., the roku remote will not pair with the roku device - despite attempting to repair using various techniques. I would use my phone as a remote for the device until I figure out what’s wrong with the remote, but since I cannot use the remote to connect to the Wifi network in the new apt., I also cannot use my phone as a remote. Any advice or help would be incredible. Thanks!

Don't rule out new batteries.  Does the pairing light flash when you press and hold the pairing button inside the battery compartment?

I thought about batteries too - except the green light IS flashing….
