I’ve had my roku for quite some time now, and when I first got it, the enhanced remote had connected easily. I was able to turn my volume up and down and power it off from the roku remote. After a while it had stopped and I can’t seem to get it to work again. When I tried to restart the tv controls in the settings, it had the wrong tv brand listed and it’s not prompting me to change it either. Does anyone know how to change it w/o having to factory reset the whole roku?

Is the original premiere that same size as the roku ultra? Is it one of the newer 3920 or 3921 size of the roku express? The larger one didn't come with roku remote with IR Tv on board, instead used hdmi-cec for tv volume. And the newer smaller premiere comes with IR remote, no tv controls. Unless you have premiere+? If its the older one try refreshing the cec devices in your tv menu?

If the remote has just lost its ability to control your TV, from the Roku Home Screen....

Settings...Remotes and Devices...Remotes...Setup Remote for TV Control

If you mean this procedure is not working for you, then provide your TV model and @Tivoburkee can probably tell you which setting to use off the top of his head.
