This device is maybe 3 years old 

we can’t find the remote. I have a remote for Roku that’s exact same “simple” but can’t figure out how to use it for this device. 

took the batteries out and reset roku device

streaming device is not connected to internet 

we have not used this for a while now trying to get it connected to internet and remote to pair for use 

HELP 😂 about to buy a new one and call it good

A 3920X uses an IR remote. If you tried the pairing button on the other remote it should work. If not you can buy a universal remote to work with your Roku. But honestly speaking just pick yourself up a new Roku
