Roku premiere and ultra remotes. Interfering with each other. Any way to separate them?

i have a premiere for a year or so. Actually control it with harmony remote but that might not be relevant. Bought an ultra for a 2nd tv in same room. Both remotes seem to control both tvs or neither. I tried linking the 2 rokus to separate remotes and after many attempts thought I had it. I turned one tv off and it seemed to re-pair with the remote for the other tv. Tried reading other questions but they confused me more. Ideally I'd love to pair both (separately) to harmony then I can assign different buttons and control the 2 tvs separately. Right now I just need to have 2 separate remotes not turn on off other tvs or move each other's menus. Please help. Thank you

The premiere comes with an IR remote, and the harmony remote will only control the roku by IR. IR is the problem here, both models of roku respond to the same IR commands. You can try finding the IR input sensor on the roku ultra and taping it up so no IR commands can reach it. Then control it with wifi remote it came with, wifi remotes only control one roku at a time.
