I need help trying to get my voice remote to pair so I can use it on my tv. Wont even find it in search on roku

Model number of the express? If its 3700 or 3710 express+ it can't be paired with voice remote, only IR remotes work with those models.

You guys are newbies to an ongoing conversation. 

Roku updated its software about a month ago now, and it disconnected a lot of TVs and remotes. They thought they had fixed it, and probably did for some. But the were quickly told not everyone. We've been begging them for a month to turn back the clock and let us re-install the old software until they can fix the problem. But evidently the whole department was fired or committed hari-kari or is on ventilators with COVID, because they are ghosting the **bleep** out of us.

Hopefully, they were all on vacation for Memorial Day and will come back to work anytime now and reply. I've even offered a couple of the $100 to step up and explain what is going on and why.

That isn't what the OP is asking at all, they're having trouble pairing the remote to roku not the tv!! Once its paired they want to control the tv.

I have tried every single fix Roku. Nothing works. Can't you guys fix the problem you have created?

Clearly they can't or more likely really don't care about fixing it since they'd rather we all spend more money for new remotes and roku devices. I'm getting a fire stick I'm so pissed. $70 for an ulta that worked for less than 10 months.

I was in the process of moving, so had not used Rokus for a month and now both remotes (Roku 4 and older model 4670X) do not respond to any commands, so cannot even go to Settings! Help anyone, please.  Thanks.

@Vasru, both of those models came with Wi-Fi direct remotes and must be paired to the device.  Make sure you're using fresh batteries.  There should be a pairing button in the battery compartment.  Press and hold the button for 3 seconds and see if the light comes on.
